Support by Carsolize:
Carsolize V 1.4.2. releasedFebruary 12, 2012
A new system version has been released last weekend. Numerous bugs removed, and new features are present:
Sub-Agent markup interface streamlined
In addition to previously available fees and mark up percentage controls, it is now possible to set a max price for sub agents, effectively setting the final price presented to travelers, with agent’s commission already built in.
This feature will enable agencies running multiple sites, or managing an elaborate sub-agent network to easily control uniform end-user price, and assure compliance with market rates.
Translation interface completed
Carsolize was built with the purpose of supporting multiple languages. Introducing a new language to our system is really a matter of selecting a language, translating system terms and clicking save. The system updates the language across B2B and B2C modules – in accordance with user language specifications.
The ease within which a new language can be introduced into our system means that our system may be quickly adopted to new markets, where language barriers prevented adoption of new technologies for a while, hereby providing more agents with highly competitive tools on their respective markets.
Locations “Mapping” completed (!)
Our system is a hub, which connects multiple providers, suppliers, and wholesalers across each product category. The challenge in combining mulitple suppliers is content duplication – both on hotel names, as well as locations.
“Mapped” locations means that when you enter the first letters of a desired destination, only one destination description will appear, making it easy to instantly determine where exactly you are going, and send a proper query to all suppliers with whom you work.
Official API Launched
Companies using their own systems, may now use our API to access numerous Hotel and Car wholesalers and brokers.
Using our API can save a lot of time and money, resolving XML integration concerns on one hand, and all the required business logic on the other. With our API in place, travel operations may focus their efforts on identifying desired resources, and negotiating good rates with suppliers, while we look after the technical part.
With 12 hotel wholesalers in place (17 by March), 10 car rent brokers, and flight resources coming up next (second quarter of 2012), our API is a powerful solution to travel companies, seeking to shorten time to market delivery times.
As we forge ahead with our travel software development, we invite you to get a test user access to our system for first hand impression of our capabilities, our request a live system presentation in order to discover how Carsolize can benefit your business!
